A Global Celebration of Music, Movement & Leadership for Children Across Mumbai

Copy of DSC00139(1)

Elevate is a week-long leadership and music movement where young minds rise through rhythm and reflection.

Students take part in dynamic activities that nurture cooperation, empathy, and creative expression through music and sports. The camp is designed to provide a safe and inclusive environment where every participant feels seen, valued, and empowered. Each day, students engage in three activity blocks focused on music, movement, and leadership.

Elevate also serves as a space for innovation in education, showcasing active methodologies and collaborative teaching approaches that educators can take back to their classrooms.

Transformation begins when a child sees themselves in a new light. When their confidence grows, their voice is heard, and when they feel they truly matter — everything else begins to shift.

Music

The Silent Instrument, The Loudest Joy

At Elevate, music is more than sound, it’s a powerful journey of expression, inclusion, and connection. Inspired by Einstein, who found his greatest joy in the violin, we believe that every child, no matter their background, deserves the chance to discover the magic of music.

We begin with paper instruments, silent violins and cellos that ignite imagination, discipline, and the belief that music is for them, too. These first steps create a sense of purpose and belonging, even before a single note is played.

But the journey doesn’t end there. Throughout the week, students will also have the opportunity to play real instruments, guided by experienced musicians and educators. They’ll rehearse together, build confidence, and experience the joy of making music in community

The experience culminates in a powerful final concert, where students take the stage and share everything they’ve learned not just musically, but emotionally and collaboratively

At Elevate, we believe that leadership starts from within, through self-awareness, balance, and a strong connection between body and mind. Our Movement & Wellness program brings this to life through dynamic physical activities that go far beyond traditional sports.

Each day, students participate in team games, cooperative challenges, and mindful movement sessions designed to foster resilience, focus, and collaboration. Whether they’re building trust in a group exercise, practicing coordination through creative movement, or simply learning to breathe and be present, every activity is an opportunity for growth.

In a supportive, inclusive environment, students are encouraged to step out of their comfort zones,

discover their own strengths, and understand the power of working together toward a common goal.

Wellness is not just about being active, it’s about feeling safe, empowered, and fully present.

At Elevate, we believe that every young person holds the potential to lead, not just others, but themselves. Our Empowerment & Leadership program is designed to help students discover their voice, build confidence, and step into their own sense of purpose.

Through guided workshops, creative reflection, and collaborative challenges, participants explore key leadership skills such as communication, decision-making, empathy, and responsibility.

We also focus on real-life readiness: encouraging students to face challenges with courage, express their ideas clearly, and take ownership of their actions.

Empowerment happens when children realize that their ideas matter, their actions have impact, and their stories are worth telling. At Elevate, we don’t just teach leadership, we cultivate it from the inside out.

The Elevate experience culminates in a powerful and heart-opening final event, a celebration where students take the stage not just as performers, but as confident, empowered individuals.

Held at the iconic Tata Theatre, NCPA, this gala concert is more than a musical showcase, it’s a collective expression of everything they’ve learned and become. Students will perform music they’ve rehearsed throughout the week, combining instrumental performance, rhythm, and creative movement that brings the stage to life and invites the audience to feel, move, and connect.

This is not a passive performance. Families and guests are invited to join in the energy clapping, moving, and celebrating alongside the children.

It’s a day of celebration where every voice matters, and every child shines.
